International Mathematical Olympiad Shortlist
The IMO Shortlist (IMOSL) is a collection of problems selected from proposals submitted for the International Mathematical Olympiad. The IMO Jury uses this shortlist when choosing the six problems for the annual IMO paper.
Shortlist problems are organized into four areas:
- Algebra
- Combinatorics
- Geometry
- Number Theory
The shortlist is especially useful for advanced olympiad training because it contains a broad range of original problems, including many that are more specialized or demanding than the final IMO problems.
